Just for the Halibut.....

Wild caught halibut -- we LOVE it! Halibut is rich in selenium, magnesium, phosphorus potassium, vitamin B12, niacin, vitamin B6 and omega-3 essential fatty acids.

Health Benefits Of Eating Halibut
  • Omega-3 fatty acids present in halibut provides a wide range of cardiovascular benefits, such as helping in preventing erratic heart rhythms, making blood less likely to clot inside arteries that can cause heart attacks, and improving the ratio of 'good' HDL (High Density lipoprotein).
  • Halibut is also a good source of vitamin B12, vitamin B6 and folic acid that lower levels of homocysteine, a compound that can damage artery walls.
  • Halibut is a very good source of magnesium, a natural calcium channel blocker, which lessens resistance and improves the flow of blood, oxygen and nutrients throughout the body.
  • Triglycerides, a kind of fat carried in bloodstream, can be lowered by two servings of omega-3-rich fish a week.
  • Intake of halibut improves the electrical properties of heart cells thereby protecting against fatal abnormal heart rhythms and making less blood clot inside arteries.
  • Omega-3's reduces inflammation, which is a key component in the processes that turns cholesterol into artery-clogging plaques.
  • It reduces blood pressure, prevents arthritis and promotes healthy brain function.
  • Consumption of fatty fish provides major protection against renal cell carcinoma, the most common form of kidney cancer. It also reduces risk of colorectal cancer.
  • It offers significant protection against both early and late age-related macular degeneration and fends off dry eye syndrome.
  • Eating halibut fish lowers the risk of certain types of strokes. In addition the selenium present in it is a crucial antioxidant which is very important for a healthy liver. Liver detoxifies and clears potentially harmful compounds such as pesticides, drugs, and heavy metals from the body.
  • Halibut provides protection against ovarian and digestive tract cancers.
Caution: It is sometimes suggested that those with kidney issues, gout, pregnant women and women of childbearing age should limit or avoid seafood. Those who are allergic to halibut should limit or avoid its intake.

OK, now for the fun.
I usually make a halibut with capers and shallots, but I ran out of shallots so I substituted sun dried tomatoes for a little taste of the mediterranean. Here's the deal:

• As many wild caught halibut steaks as you have guests
• capers
• sun dried tomatoes already soft -- or Trader Joe's julienne sliced sun dried tomatoes in olive oil works here, too.
• organic extra virgin olive oil
• parchment paper
• optional cracked pepper and sea or himalayan salt

Now:
• Rinse halibut steaks and place on parchment paper.
• Drizzle evoo on steaks
• Place sun dried tomatoes and capers on steaks (I even snuck a dab of artichoke tapas on there for fun).
• crack pepper, if desired. There will be plenty of flavor on there without it.
• Add a little water around the steak.

Fold and wrap parchment paper to form a seal around the fish steaks and place in a pyrex pan in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. They poach while they're in there.

Allow to rest for about 3-5 minutes after you take them out of the oven, but remain in paper. Then plate, add your sides and serve.

Delicioso!

Tsunami Preparedness

We all need to educate ourselves, our families, friends and communities in ways to be prepared for any disaster.

Rudy Giuliani, former mayor of NYC during the 9/11 strikes, said recently that the reason 9/11 rescue missions went so smoothly in NYC was because they had already done their due diligence and prepared to have systems in place prior to the incident.

I had the good fortune to hear the former mayor speak last week, and the topic of his discussion was "Relentless Preparation". He stated, "if you always prepare, you'll be ready for more than you think."

Amen.

In this spirit, I consider those who could be impacted by tsunamis following Chile's massive quake, if not properly prepared. Let this be an opportunity to become educated NOW to prepare for our future.

If you think that it could never happen to you, think again. You don't have to live beachfront to experience the devastating effects of a tsunami. I'll bet that even the word 'tsunami' didn't even enter the minds of those folks vacationing in Thailand, Sri Lanka and the surrounding areas when they booked their Christmas 2004 holiday trip.

I'm with Rudy...it's wise to practice 'relentless preparedness'.
Preparation starts with education. Education starts here:

http://www.wikihow.com/Survive-a-Tsunami

We pray for God's grace for those in Chile, as well as all who would be impacted by this devastating natural occurrence.

What Causes Broken Teeth?

My dentist, Dr Tony Rich in Newport Beach, told me that he gets at least one call every week from a patient with a broken tooth.

So what causes teeth to break? Injury and grinding are among some of the causes, but one very common contributing factor is vitamin deficiency -- specificially Vitamins C and D deficiencies. As Calcium is essential to building strong bones and teeth, Vitamin D is essential for the prevention of periodontal disease, gum disease and cavities, and regulates Calcium. When Vitamin D levels are low, no amount of calcium will go into bones and teeth. This could result in osteoporosis, periodontal disease and weak teeth.

Another very common contributor to cases of fractured teeth is silver mercury amalgam fillings. These toxic fillings have the unique property of shrinking and expanding, enlarging as they age, so there is a constant outward pressure on the tooth. If the patient bites a certain way, you may hear the tooth crack.

Some foods rich in Vitamin D are wild sockeye salmon, shrimp, cod liver oil, sardines and organic egg yolk. Also, getting approximately 20 minutes of unblocked sun per day will assist the body in creating it's own supply of Vitamin D3.

We have previously discussed the toxicity of mercury amalgams (silver fillings). Please go to our archives for more information. You can also visit www.toxicteeth.org for the whole story, and how much work is being done to outlaw this common, yet known toxic practice.

If you still have mercury amalgams (silver fillings), we suggest you see a qualified dentist to have them safely removed and replaced with safe materials.

NOTE: Those with hyperparathydriodism (overactivity of the parathyroid gland) should consult with their doctor prior to taking Vitamin D.

Health Care Reform Update - Vote NO! Today

There's no doubt we need to make some changes to our current health care system. That said, the current health care reform bill that is before congress today isn't going to help us the way people WISH it would. It will, rather, have a deleterious effect on our economy -- can we really take any more of that? It will also drop the quality of care we have in our current system.

Those over the age of 40 should really take this seriously, as they stand to suffer the most.

The current health care reform plan is a poorly and quickly revised version of a poorly written original bill. More time, thought and research needs to go into such an important proposal. Health care is crucial to every citizen, and deserves more time and attention. What's the rush anyway? Seriously. For some reason, this administration is rushing this bill through the system. That, in itself, makes me wonder......

I don't believe it's fair that US citizens get a lesser health care than congress, presidents, vp's, et al. They will not have to suffer through this health care reform, as they have their own special insurance...for life....that's paid by the taxpayers.
Think 'deli scene' from 'When Harry Met Sally" -- "I'll have what THEY'RE having!"

After all, citizens don't deserve any less than the public servants who represent them.

We need to take a step UP, not a step back. Think about it. Not only is this a quality of life issue, how about those financial ramifications! Long after we're gone, our grandchildren's grandchildren will still be paying off the socialized/national/universal/what have you nightmare reform plan of 2010. Is that the legacy you want to leave? I don't. We can do better.

There are more creative ways we can help people be well in this country that don't cost trillions of dollars we don't have to spend...or will have to borrow from China (again). I know tons of brilliant people (and you do, too) who can help put a plan together that makes sense, that won't break the economy, that won't break big insurance and won't break the medical communities. It's a little thing called "integrative healthcare". Ta Da! Everyone just needs to get a little less greedy and all Americans need to become more educated about self-treating, and taking responsibility for their health.

Many hard-working people who take care of themselves don't appreciate having to pay into a system to benefit those who eat junk, don't exercise, smoke, use substances excessively, and have caused themselves totally preventable health issues....heart disease, obesity and diabetes.

Man-up, people! Take responsibility! Your kids are watching.

Please call or email your congress people TODAY and vote "NO" on this health care reform bill. Give 'em a break so they can take more time to think a little longer about what's best for ALL Americans.

Simply google the names of your senators, go to their sites, and click on 'contact'. If you don't know their names, just google congress members for your state, and go from there. It's very easy. If you can read this information, you can do it. Just tell them how you feel.

The few minutes you take right now could mean preserving the future of our health freedom.

Move on Up!

Inspiring back then and today, and a clear message to hold onto your dreams --- never quit before the miracle happens...no matter what.

Hush now child,
and don't you cry
Your folks might understand you
by and by
Move on up
towards your destination
You may find
from time to time
Complications

Bight your lip
and take a trip
Though there may be
wet road ahead
You cannot slip
So move on up
and peace you will find
Into the steeple
of beautiful people
Where there's only one kind

So hush now child
and don't you cry
Your folks might understand you
by and by
Just move on up
and keep on wishing
Remember your dreams
are your only schemes
So keep on pushing
Take nothing less -
not even second best
And do not obey -
you must have your say
You can past the test

Move on up!

The Many Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) has been highly regarded throughout history. In 400 BC, Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine, used it for its amazing natural detox cleansing, healing, and energizing qualities. Hippocrates prescribed Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with honey for its health properties.

ACV fights germs and bacteria, and assists with coughs and colds, flu, sore throats, sinus infections, acne, high cholesterol, chronic fatigue, candida, acid reflux, arthritis, contact dermatitis, arthritis, and gout. It contains malic acid and is helpful in fighting fungal and bacterial infections.

ACV is loaded with potassium, and beta carotene. Potassium deficiency causes a variety of ailments such as hair loss, weak finger nails, brittle teeth, sinusitis, chronic runny nose.

ACV also helps extract calcium from fruit, meat and vegetable it's mixed with, helping to maintain strong bones. The pectin in the vinegar helps regulate blood pressure and reduce LDL ("bad" cholesterol).

ACV also adds flavor to salads, marinades, vegetable dishes and homemade dressings. ACV lowers the glycemic index of foods.

Internal benefits:
- rich in enzymes and potassium
- supports a healthy immune system
- helps control weight (breaks down fat)
- promotes digestion and pH balance
- helps soothe dry throats
- helps removed body sludge toxins

External benefits:
- helps maintain healthy skin
- helps promote youthful, healthy bodies
- soothes irritated skin
- relieves muscle pain from exercise

It is suggested to mix 2 tablespoons of ACV and honey in water first thing in the morning. I know...I know...it sounds like it would taste a little on the acidic side, but that's one of the reasons for the honey, which also has many health benefits in it's own right. When you see how much better you feel (and look), and your constipation and headaches are no longer an issue, you'll be hooked. If you feel pale, drinking this mixture every day can bring a healthy, rosy glow to the complexion.

At LNH, we believe Bragg's ACV is top-notch. It's made from organically grown apples and is Certified Organic, Certified KSA Kosher, raw, unfiltered, unheated, unpasteurized and has 5% acidity. It also contains the amazing Mother of Vinegar, which occurs naturally as strand-like enzymes of connected protein molecules and gives quality ACV it's cloudy appearance.

You can purchase Bragg's ACV at GNC, the Vitamin Shoppe, Whole Foods Markets, or ask for it at your local health food store and better grocery stores. It retails for about $3.29 for 16 oz.

If you can't find Bragg's, there are others out there. Just make sure it's cloudy, a brown-tinged color and organic. Trader Joe's sells an organic ACV, too.

5 Ways to Help Heal Yourself for FREE!

Gym memberships can be pricey -- even with recent special pricing. And it's no secret that pharmaceuticals expensive. They are also, in many cases, over-prescribed. I am, by no means, a pharm-basher or a gym-hater -- I'm 'jes sayin' that there are ways to promote wellness and prevent disease that are totally FREE! So, if you've let your club membership go, don't fret.

Get yourself outside and commune with nature.

1. Get 20 minutes of unprotected sun per day.
Did you know that the reason why people tend to get colds and flu going into fall and winter months is due to decreased sun exposure? Vitamin D has immune function-enhancing benefits and helps our bodies manufacture it's own Vitamin D supply, which helps prevent diabetes, cancer and heart disease. Also, a strong immune function is your best defense to preventing infectious disease (better than vaccines).

Note: If you take supplements, make sure yours contains Vitamin D3 for most benefit.

2. Get out and move your body.
Walk, run, surf, ski, board, tennis, swim, hike, dance, volleyball, bike....our bodies are machines and were created to move. Taking a brisk walk outside, viewing scenery, is also more visually stimulating and fun! You may not even feel like you're 'exercising'!

3. Brain-stimulating color therapy.
Nature is God's free art show. Colors found in nature -- flowers, hillsides, animals, trees, water, etc., provide healing and stimulate brain function to keep the brain active and increases intelligence.

4. Breathe in the fresh air.
No matter how clean you keep your home, it's still loaded with contaminants -- off-gassed synthetics from carpets, construction materials, furniture, paint, etc., and even mold in air ducts. If you live near a pine forest, lucky you. If you don't, get to one and take a walk. I love doing this in the summer months because it smells so good and the trees keep it nice and cool. Many times there are streams in these forests...a little bonus. I always feel refreshed and renewed after walking through a forest for a few hours. If that sounds like a lot of time to you, it's really not. As mentioned earlier, time passes very quickly when you're outside taking in color, light, smells, etc.

5. Listen to the sounds of nature.
Sound therapy has huge benefits, too, and nature has more than it's fair share of (free) sounds....the ebb and flow of the tide, streams, waterfalls, rain, crickets, etc., have scientific evidence to show a reduction in blood pressure and stress levels. Become aware of your own rested breathing rhythm.

Share the wealth!....get your kids and friends and family out there, too.

Love is the Answer

I felt this song with renewed heart today and wanted to
share it.
A timeless classic, written by Todd Rundgren and made
popular by John Ford Coley and the late
England Dan (Seals).

Name your price
A ticket to paradise
I can't stay here any more
And I've looked high and low
I've been from shore, to shore, to shore
If there's a short cut I'd have found it
But there is no easy way around it

Light of the world, shine on me
Love is the answer
Shine on us all
Set us free
Love is the answer

Who knows why
Someday we all must die
We're all homeless boys and girls
And we are never heard
It's such a lonely, lonely, lonely world
People turn their heads
And walk on by
Tell me is it worth just another try

Light of the world, shine on me
Love is the answer
Shine on us all
Set us free
Love is the answer

Tell me, are we alive
Or just a dying planet
(What are the chances)

Ask the man in your heart
For the answer

And when you feel afraid
(Love one another)
When you've lost your way
(Love one another)
And when you're all alone
(Love one another)
And when you're far from home
(Love one another)
And when you're down and out
(Love one another)
And when your hopes run out
(Love one another)
And when you need a friend
(Love one another)
And when you're near the end
(Love)
(We've got to love)
(We've got to love one another)

Light of the world, shine on me
Love is the answer
Shine on us all
Set us free
Love is the answer

Light of the world, shine on me
Love is the answer
Shine on us all
Set us free
Love is the answer...

Cinnamon and Honey for Your Heart

Cinnamon and Honey Facts

It is found that a mixture of honey and cinnamon can make your heart happy. Honey is produced in most of the countries of the world. Scientists of today also accept honey as a very effective alternative for all kinds of diseases, but in keeping with our stream of consciousness, we'll discuss the heart.

The January 17, 1995 issue of Canada
Weekly World News claimed that "heart disease can be cured by honey and cinnamon as researched by western scientists." Here are some of their suggestions to make your heart happy:

Heart Health
Make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder, apply on bread, instead of jelly and jam, and eat it regularly for breakfast. It reduces the cholesterol in the arteries and may help save from heart attack. If those who have already suffered an attack and do this process daily, evidence shows they are kept miles away from the next attack. Regular use of the above process relieves loss of breath and strengthens the heart beat.

In America and Canada, various nursing homes have treated patients successfully and have found that as we age, the arteries and veins lose flexibility and may become clogged; honey and cinnamon revitalize the arteries and veins.

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)

CoQ10 is a fat-soluble vitamin-like substance present in every cell of the body and serves as a coenzyme for several of the key enzymatic steps in the production of energy within the cell. It also functions as an antioxidant which is important in its clinical effects.

It is naturally present in small amounts in a wide variety of foods but is particularly high in organ meats such as heart, liver and kidney, as well as beef, soy oil, sardines, mackerel, and peanuts. To put dietary CoQ10 intake into perspective, one pound of sardines, two pounds of beef, or two and one half pounds of peanuts, provide 30 mg of CoQ10.

CoQ10 is also synthesized in all tissues and in healthy individuals normal levels are maintained both by CoQ10 intake and by the body's synthesis of CoQ10. It has no known toxicity or side effects.

CoQ10 levels in heart tissue decline disproportionately with age. At age 20, the heart has a higher CoQ10 level than other major organs. At age 80 this is no longer true, with heart levels cut by more than half. CoQ10 pioneer Karl Folkers (1985), in agreement with earlier Japanese studies, found lower CoQ10 levels in patients with more severe heart disease and showed that CoQ10 supplements significantly raised blood and heart tissue levels of CoQ10 in these patients. (1)

CoQ10 works with vitamin E to fight free-radical damage and help the body resist potential health concerns. CoQ10 is an electron carrier in the mitochondria, or energy-producing part of the cell. Therefore, CoQ10 is necessary for energy production in the body.

It also plays a part in preventing low-density lipoproteins, or LDL ("bad" cholesterol), from becoming oxidized, which helps protect the arteries and may play a role in reducing risk of cardiovascular disease.Because CoQ10 acts like an antioxidant, particularly against LDL cholesterol, supplementation is often recommended for people at risk for heart disease, or for those who currently have heart complications or elevated blood pressure.

How Would Love Respond? S-E-X

Our friend, Kurek Ashley, author of "How Would Love Respond", is an American from Chicago living in Australia. Kurek coached the 2000 Australian Women's Beach Volleyball Olympic gold-medal winners. His book is a true story -- his wisdom can inspire you to reach your goals. On a recent call, I learned we need is S-E-X. Here are my notes:

SEX

S - Strength - character, body, mind.

E - Exercise - Work on all 4 muscle groups...physical, mental, spiritual, emotional.

Physically - gym, yoga, swim, dance, run, walk, hike. Do something for 15 minutes per day.

Food is fuel on which we operate. Consume food that makes you feel good.*

Mental - mind/brain - Read, listen to audio program. There will be less chance of getting demensia/alzheimer's. Look up one vocabulary word per day and use it 3 different ways and times that day. Literacy sets you free in every respect (speak the language). Ask kids, “what did you learn today?” If they say "nothing", look something up and discuss it with them. It teaches them to come up with something new to learn every day.

You either evolve or you disolve.

Emotional - Ask yourself - "How can i reframe this?" "How can I look at this so I feel better?"

Economics - look to thrive, not to merely survive. The opportunity of a lifetime is NOW in this economy. It's a great time to be in business. It forces us to clean up our business systems and become more productive. Start a business. Reframing - look at the other side of the coin.

Spiritually - If you do not know love, you do not know God, because God is love. Start with self love. It’s impossible to love someone else til you can love yourself. Let it spill out so people can feel it around you. Not having love guarantees a lot of pain. Be kind to yourself.

When you judge someone, it puts you in a position where you believe you know their whole situation.

X - Excitement. Get excited about what you’re doing. Enthusiasm. Passion. If you want to get great at something, get passionate about it. Get excited about your goals and dreams. You reap what you grow.

You can get anything you want when you’re moving forward toward your goals...we feel great!

Promoting Heart Health

Now that we've explored the spirit of the heart, let's discuss ways to keep the heart physically healthy, strong and disease-free by intake of proper nutrition. Many cases of heart disease are totally preventable. We feel our best when we care for and honor our bodies, as these vessels get us through every minute of every day and night -- 24/7/365. We all eat, so it makes sense to make high quality food choices. Here are some suggestions to help keep us on the right track:

- Vitamin B
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin E (oxygenates cells)
- Beet juice (also excellent for liver)
- Garlic
- Daily use of lemon has been said to prevent the accumulation of cholesterol in the blood vessels.
- Mix a tablespoon of honey and juice of half a lemon in a glass of water, and drink before going to bed.
- Enjoy Parsley tea 2-3 times a day.
- Fresh grapefruits tone the heart. (I just finished having 2 grapefruits a day for 2 weeks. Amazing results!)
- Consume organic cruciferous vegetables - broccoli, brussel sprouts, califlower, cabbage, bok choy, rapini (broccoli rabe), chinese or napa cabbage, turnip root, mustart seeds, radish, kale, collard greens, water and landcress.
- Apples and apple juice stimulate the heart. We suggest juicing your own apples, rather than buying processed apple juice for the most benefit. Remember 'an apple a day.....'
- 10-20 minute bath at room temperature every other day.
- Regular exercise - any aerobic exercise is best - walking, swimming, dancing, etc.
- A spoon of tulsi (Holy Basil) juice with a spoon of honey on an empty stomach every day.
- High quality, well balanced food intake program - organic vegetables, fruits, antibiotic/hormone free meats/poultry, wild caught fish, oatmeal (eliminate processed food products).
- Limit sugar - instead use honey, agave, stevia.
- Limit salt, and use Himalayan, Celtic or sea salt.
- Limit/eliminate alcohol consumption -- c'mon...you KNEW that was coming!
- Avoid smoking, as it increases chances for heart disease.
- Minimize coffee consumption.

Spices, such as cardamom, tumeric, coriander, cumin, etc., are help maintain a healthy heart function.

High blood pressure and diabetes are the two enemies of heart disease, so be sure to get checked when at your doctor's office. The choices we make every day have an outcome -- make it a good one.

A Message of Love

When love beckons to you, follow him,
Though his ways are hard and steep.
And when his wings enfold you yield to him,
Though the sword hidden among his pinions may wound you.
And when he speaks to you believe in him,
Though his voice may shatter your dreams
as the north wind lays waste the garden.

For even as love crowns you so shall he crucify you. Even as he is for your growth so is he for your pruning.
Even as he ascends to your height and caresses your tenderest branches that quiver in the sun,
So shall he descend to your roots and shake them in their clinging to the earth.

Like sheaves of corn he gathers you unto himself.
He threshes you to make you naked.
He sifts you to free you from your husks.
He grinds you to whiteness.
He kneads you until you are pliant;
And then he assigns you to his sacred fire, that you may become sacred bread for God's sacred feast.

All these things shall love do unto you that you may know the secrets of your heart, and in that knowledge become a fragment of Life's heart.

But if in your fear you would seek only love's peace and love's pleasure,
Then it is better for you that you cover your nakedness and pass out of love's threshing-floor,
Into the seasonless world where you shall laugh, but not all of your laughter, and weep, but not all of your tears.
Love gives naught but itself and takes naught but from itself.
Love possesses not nor would it be possessed;
For love is sufficient unto love.

When you love you should not say, "God is in my heart," but rather, "I am in the heart of God."
And think not you can direct the course of love, for love, if it finds you worthy, directs your course.

Love has no other desire but to fulfill itself.
But if you love and must needs have desires, let these be your desires:
To melt and be like a running brook that sings its melody to the night.
To know the pain of too much tenderness.
To be wounded by your own understanding of love;
And to bleed willingly and joyfully.
To wake at dawn with a winged heart and give thanks for another day of loving;
To rest at the noon hour and meditate love's ecstasy;
To return home at eventide with gratitude;
And then to sleep with a prayer for the beloved in your heart and a song of praise upon your lips.

-- Kahlil Gibran

Gratitude - Day Now

Day Now - Thank You!

Our hearts are overflowing, a warm glowing presently growing within, as we move beyond our initial 42 days of the World Gratitude gathering.

Thank you for sharing your lives, thoughts, and experiences.

Thank you for your dedication to creating miracles, for the courage to dream, birthing new visions, aspirations and manifestations.

Thank you for being You.

Now, you may be wondering
'What now?"

We believe our gathering has laid the foundation for an emerging new world ... one built on the principles and gentle strength of Love and Gratitude, and will continue to thrive as new ideas, projects, miracles and possibilities emerge.

Many are present now, others are seedlings just planted, being nurtured through a healthy dose of daily Gratitude.

Now we began this journey with a purpose -- to Align with the Heart's calling and Embrace the
Great-Full-ness of Life. We also invited you to set an intention, something to focus on and bring to Life throughout this process.

Today we invite you to re-visit this intention, and the journey, too, that has brought us here, NOW, together as One.

Breathe into your hearts and ask yourself this question, "What AM I Great-Full for today?"

Let this image, feeling, or memory flood through you, and fill every particle of your being. Take joy in accomplishments made. Release any attachment to how this might have been imagined, and simply Be with the beauty and perfection of All that IS.

As you feel inspired, share this unique insight, experience, healing or prayer of Gratitude with others.

Remember -- caring is sharing, and we each hold a 'peace' of the Grande Design. By opening our hearts, and shining Light on the beauty of our Lives, we inspire others to find and share the Great-Full-ness of Life, too -- together weaving a vision for our emerging world into being, and laying the foundation for change with Truth, Beauty, Freedom and Grace.

Together we are better, and we are blessed beyond measure to be here with you.

Our heartfelt thanks to each and every heart who welcomed incoming members of World Gratitude with sincerity, Love and appreciation. You set an example worthy of emulation and inspire us on a daily basis.

It feels wonderful to be together now, during this time of mass transformation, supporting one another through the shifts, sharing wisdom and resources, and enjoying what Is with Love and Gratitude.

To close, we believe Dag Hammarskjold's little prayer of
affirmation strikes the proper tone:

To Everything that has been--thanks
For Everything that will be--yes.

Thank you for standing together to witness the creation of a new world - and for the honor of being here with YOU.

In deep Love and Gratitude,
