Each night before you go to bed, complete the following statements:

2. Today, I accomplished ____________________________________.

Living in gratitude shifts us into high gear to create abundance and joy in our lives. Tracking goals, accomplishments and thanks are powerful reminders of who and what we are becoming, and wonderful to reflect upon when feeling uninspired. Keep a journal!
