40 Tips for a Happier, Healthier Life

Happy December 1st!

New Year's Day is traditionally the day the collective "we" start anew. By now, we've spent weeks reflecting over the year, assessing our accomplishments, our failures and begin our action plan to make the new year our best year ever.

At LNH, we don't wait.

Our "Tip of the Day" starts today -- We will post 40 simple little tips that have changed and improved many lives....even ours.

The best time to get involved with yourself is now. As a result, you may even find yourself more involved with your friends and family. Make ripples -- like the effect of throwing a stone in a still pond, let your actions ripple out to affect others for the greater good.

We also invite you to write us with your tips and comments. Share your wealth of knowledge and experiences.

Tip #1:
Take a 10-30 minute walk, and smile to the world while you're out there.

It's the ultimate anti-depressant, for you and those around you.
