Starting the day with a full tank of high quality fuel will drive energy levels. We typically burn off what we consume during breakfast. That said, it's still important to make high quality choices.
We've all had heavy, low quality carb and fast food lunches which have left us feeling lethargic and sleepy, so it's best to choose salads and foods that aren't fried or laden with heavy sauces. The energy will keep our energy up and our minds clear to focus on the tasks at hand.
Dinners should be light, easy to digest choices. Soups, salads, fresh wild caught fish, etc., in small, reasonable portions are good choices.
Please feel free to contact us with questions to assist with meal planning and nutrition. It's what we do best.
